Speaker settings
Refer to “Changing the settings” (

page 41).
You can enjoy multi-channel audio from DVDs without doing these
settings. Change them to improve the effect or when you connect a
subwoofer.

To adjust subwoofer output
After playing a source to determine the approximate level, stop play
and return to this screen to adjust the level to your taste.

Adjust the balance of the center and surround speakers using the
test signal so that they are the same apparent level as the front
speakers when you are sitting where you would normally enjoy a
source. First adjust the unit’s volume to the level normally used.
