* Machine is unplugged or not turned on. 

* There is no power to the outlet.  Possibly a circuit 

 

 

 

   Breaker tripped or ground fault interrupt outlet tripped

Pump is 

 

* turn the machine off, wait a few minutes and restart.

   Steam is flowing. 

* The pump is only activated while the Steam Button is

   pump is engaged for steam to appear from the

* The heating plate inside the iron may be damaged or  

   the temperature control dial has failed.  Turn the iron
