Secure Smartbus Cable
with 11mm (.4in) Screw
Connections

Insert one end of the Smartbus cable into the “DATA BUS” slot on the side of the
AMN101 and secure it with a 11mm (.4in) screw (provided). Connect the other end of the
cable to the AMN101 input on the back of your Advent navigation-ready head unit
(AMM10, AMM12). If using a AMM10, secure the cable to the radio using a 11mm (.4in)
screw. The AMM12 has a cable to cable connection and does not require an anchor
screw.

Attach the GPS Antenna to the “ANTENNA” jack on the side of the AMN101.
3.
Insert SD card into the SD card slot and gently press the card in against the spring latch
until it stops, then release. The card will "lock" firmly into place inside the SD card slot.
