Configuring the Receiver     5

To enable WAAS reception in the field:

1.

Take the receiver outside. Make sure that it has a clear southeast 
and southwest view of the sky.

2.

Turn on the receiver. WAAS activation can take two or more 
minutes. Once activation succeeds, the Home screen displays

Configuring the AgGPS Receiver to Operate in 
Beacon Mode

To configure the receiver in Beacon mode: 

1.

From the Home screen, select Configuration / DGPS Config.

Set the Source Select field to Beacon.
