> New Multimedia Msg, then 
press M > Insert > Picture

 

Scroll to the picture you want and press 
Insert.

Enter the message text and press Send To.

Scroll to a recipient address and press the 
center key s.

Press the Send key to send the message.

record & send a video

Press M >

h Multimedia > Video Camera to see 

the video viewfinder.
