Displaying a Time Zone
To display an existing time zone:
1.
From the Main screen click ‘Log on’
The menu panel displays.
2.
Select ‘System’ ! ’User Setup’.
The ‘User Setup’ dialog box displays.
3.
Click the ‘Setup Automatic TimeZones’ button.
The ‘Time Zone Form’ displays.
4.
Click on the relevant time zone in the time zone list.
The time zone details are displayed, greyed out, in the field boxes.
Deleting a Time Zone
To delete an existing time zone:
1.
From the Main screen click ‘Log on’
The menu panel displays.
2.
Select ‘System’ ! ’User Setup’.
The ‘User Setup’ dialog box displays.
3.
Click the ‘Setup Automatic TimeZones’ button.
The ‘Time Zone Form’ displays.
4.
Click on the relevant time zone in the time zone list.
The time zone is highlighted.
5.
Click the ‘Delete’ button
A confirmation dialog box displays.
6.
Click the ‘OK’ button to confirm the deletion or cancel to abort the deletion.
The time zone details will be removed from the time zone list.
