Turn power off to activate 
the timer. 

 

Safety tab removed from 
the videocassette? 

Put cellophane tape over 
the tab area, or use a 
videocassette with the 
safety tab intact. 

 

Clock set to  "--:--"? 

Set the time, then 
program the delayed 
recording.
