. Use the handset number pad to enter your -digit 
area code.
NOTE: If you make a mistake, press the 
delete/channel button to erase the incorrect 
area code and repeat step 2.

Ringer Tone
1. Press the flash/program button until 
RINGER TONE 
shows in the display. 
. Use the CID/vol (5 or 6) button or the handset 
number pad (1-) to enter your selection from Ringer 
Tone 1, , or . The default setting is RINGER TONE 1.
. Press the flash/program button to confirm and to 
advance to the next menu feature.
Tone/Pulse
1.  Press the flash/program button until 
1 TONE 2 PULSE 
shows in the display.
