If necessary, drag additional keywords from the 
Keyword List into the keyword panel next to the 
portfolio window, until you have included all of the 
keywords you want to attach or detach.

In the keyword panel, select the keywords you want to 
attach or detach. In the portfolio window, select the 
records for which you want to attach or detach them.
The Record menu contains two commands (which 
also appear as the top pair of buttons underneath 
the keyword panel) that help you select multiple 
records and keywords:

Records From Keyword
Click to select all records in the portfolio 
window that contain any selected keyword 
in the keyword panel.

Keywords From Record
Click to select all keywords in the keyword 
panel that are contained in any selected 
record in the portfolio window.

You can select as many keywords and records as 
you want.

To attach keywords, choose Attach Keyword in the 
Keyword menu, or click the Attach Keyword button in 
the keyword panel.  To detach keywords , choose Detach 
Keyword in the Keyword menu, or click the Detach 
Keyword button in the keyword panel.
Each selected keyword is immediately attached to 
or detached from each selected record.

7.

Repeat the process of selecting keywords and records, 
then attaching or detaching keywords, until you are 
finished. 
Close the portfolio window when you are done 
attaching or detaching keywords.
