Language selection:
You can select the desired language. The display and
reports will be in the selected language. The default
setting is English.

Location selection (fax supported models only) (y):
The default setting is Germany.
R To change the setting, see page 73 (feature #114).

Caution:
R Do not rub or use an eraser on the printed side of

the recording paper, as the print may smear.

R This product can store your private/confidential

information. To protect your privacy/confidentiality,
we recommend that you erase the information from
the memory before you dispose of, transfer or return
the product (feature #159 on page 75).

to operate a computer in Desktop mode. In order to
use Multi-Function Station, open the Start screen and
start Multi-Function Station. When configuring or
confirming the settings of the computer, open the
Desktop screen and perform necessary procedures.
