Setting Flash

” display is cleared 
when you press the Photo shot button halfway.
When using the flash, if you press the Photo shot 
button half-way the indication will change to  .
Note
:
The DVD Video Camera automatically sets the shutter 
speed between 1/800 and 1/30 second (between 1/800 
and 1/10 second if Programme AE has been set to Low 
Light) depending on the subject brightness (P. 74).
The available range of the Flash is about 
1 - 4 m.
See “Switching Quality of Still Image (Quality)” on 
page 79 if you want to change the still quality mode.
Dark subjects may not be in clear focus even if the Flash 
is used. It is recommended that you light a subject when 
recording in a dark place.
When you use accessories for hot shoe (only optional 
VW-FLH3E), the power is supplied by this DVD Video 
Camera. (Only for VDR-M75EB)
