Overview
On production and drilling sites, operators and
contractors are encountering increased automa-
tion, allowing for real time decision making, and
reduced drilling and operational costs. Optical
Cable Corporation works with engineers from
drilling and production companies to help design
end-to-end fiber solutions for these networks.
OCC will be releasing its ATEX/IECEx rated
COTS-M83526™ and EZ-MATE receptacles to
provide fiber optic connectivity within the
hazardous locations of Zones 1 and 21.
