Installing the batteries
• Before you load or remove the batteries, be sure to turn the camera off.
• If the battery is loaded or removed with the power on, the date setting may return to its
default or the camera settings may be reset.
• The camera may not start normally if you load batteries not on the power off status. In this
case, turn off, then turn on again.
