The portal server can signal to the Xnet Viper to send the current configuration to the CONFIG 
server after it receives a hoplingBoot event. This is done by sending back an uploadConfig 
command in the response to the http GET call. See also paragraph 11.2.5. 
 
The parameters sent in the uploadConfig event can be configured in the corresponding 
uploadConfig event file. The event file is found in the directory: 
 

/config/hopling/virtual_gw/virtual_gw_0/events

At the same time the configuration of the Xnet Viper is sent to the portal web server by POSTing 
the configuration data in a FORM through this URL.
