Screen is blank and 

power indicator is off 

Make sure that the power cord is firmly connected and the LCD 

monitor is on. 

No signal message 

Make sure that the signal cable is firmly connected to computer 

Make sure that the computer is turned on 

The display image is too 

dark or too light 

Adjust the brightness 

Screen is blank and 

power indicator light is 

steady red or blinks 

The monitor is using its power management system. 

Move the computer

’s mouse or press a key on the keyboard.
