•  All devices on your network must be programmed with the same 

network  encryption  key.  Run  this  utility  on  all  computers  with  a 
powerline  networking  device  attached.  If  you  have  a  powerline 
device that is not normally connected to a computer, it must first 
be connected to a computer and set up with a network encryption 
key.
