l  In some instances video playback is not smooth when the system is running in battery 

mode.   

Resolution: Plug in AC power. 

 
l  In some instances a 2nd PC attempting to pair to a ScreenBeam receiver that is already 

in  exclusive  mode/use  by  another  user  is  presented  a  PIN  window  but  no  PIN  is 

displayed  on  the  ScreenBeam  receiver  when  they  should  receive  a  message  telling 

them the receiver is in exclusive use.     

Resolution: Don't connect to receiver if it's in exclusive mode.               

 
l  In  some  instances  of  opening  a word  processing program  such  as  Notepad  and  the 

user scales the image the text can have choppy edges if the font size is small.   

Resolution: Use larger font size or  use a scaling size that doesn

’t impact the image 

quality.         

 
l  In  some  instances  random  audio  glitches  are  seen  when  the  source  system  has  an 

active VPN session running.   

Resolution: Stop the VPN session. 

 
l  In some instances (random) a Failed to Pair message is display after PIN message, 

then the connection is established successfully.   

Resolution: None. 

 
l  Default  resolution  for  Intel  Dual  Band  Wireless-AC  3160*  is  allowing  1920x1080 

resolution when it should be limited to 1366x768.   

Resolution: None.
