The Duress keypad code is used if an intruder forces the customer to arm/disarm her system or access
her security settings. Rather than entering her keypad code, she enters the Duress keypad code. When
she does this, she is granted full access to her TouchScreen, but a silent alarm is immediately sent to the
central monitoring station and police are dispatched. The Duress Code is enabled and configured from
the Manage Keypad Codes screen accessible from the Settings app. Alarms sent from use of the Duress
