Important! To comply with the FCC Part 15 Regulations, a special accessory
(ferrite) is required on the DC power cable. Alcatel-Lucent will provide the ferrite
with the Alcatel-Lucent B25 RRH4x30. It is the responsibility of the installer to install
the required ferrite supplied with the Alcatel-Lucent B25 RRH4x30.

The following table lists the ferrites approved for use with the Alcatel-Lucent
B25 RRH4x30.

Notes:

1. The ferrite required depends on the outside diameter (OD) of the DC power cable.

2. Once installed, the ferrite must be secured in close proximity (as defined in the

table) to the DC connector on the power cable.

Surge suppression

The DC interface of the Alcatel-Lucent B25 RRH4x30 is equipped with internal surge
suppression. Additional external surge suppression is optional.
