NOTICE TO OEM’S 
 
This is a template of the instructions that are provided with the module to OEM’s that clearly state 
their obligations to include the following Statements including RF Exposure information in their 
manual provided to the end-user.  
 
This information below has to be included in the manuals for the devices this module is included.

installed and used in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions as described in the 
user documentation that comes with the product.  <Company name>  is not responsible for any 
radio or television interference caused by unauthorized modification of the devices included with 
this <company name> <device name> kit, or the substitution or attachment of connecting cables 
and equipment other than specified by <company name>. The correction of interference caused 
by such unauthorized modification, substitution or attachment will be the responsibility of the user. 
<company name> and its authorized resellers or distributors are not liable for any damage or 
violation of government regulations that may arise from failing to comply with these guidelines.
