Battery replacement on the Master

Battery change can be performed by a boat owner. The battery should
be replaced after approx. 600 hours of engine use, or minimum every
third year.

Quick red LED flashing will indicate that a battery change is required.

The battery is located on the back of the Master FOB unit. Turn the
battery cover clockwise to unlock the cover. Notice how the battery is
placed due to polarity.

Insert a new CR 2032 (3V lithium) battery. Put the battery cover in
place and screw clockwise.

Important! Incorrect polarity can damage
the electronics.
Note: On the battery cover there is an O-ring that should be changed
every third year to keep the Master FOB unit waterproof.
