Tip:
(1)If the pairing isn’t completed within 90 seconds while
the pairing mode is activated, please restart the earphones
and try again.
(2)If a previously connected device is available for pairing,
the earphones will connect to it automatically when switched
on. If not, the earphones will enter pairing mode.
1. Unable to pair DualS6-1 with your Bluetooth device.
-Please ensure that tne earphones are in pairing mode;
-Reboot your Bluetooth device;
--Switch off and restart your earphones.
2. The earphones fail to connect with a previously paired
Bluetooth device.
-Ensure the source device’s Bluetooth is switched on;
-Turn the Bluetooth feature off and then on.
-Delete “Dual S6-1” from the Bluetooth list on your
device and pair again.
3. Poor connection.
-Move your Bluetooth device closer to the earphones;
-Try moving to a different area in case of any interference.
