Tip: 

(1)If the pairing isn’t completed within 90 seconds while

the pairing mode is activated, please restart the earphones 

and try again.

(2)If a previously connected device is available for pairing, 

the earphones will connect to it automatically when switched 

on. If not, the earphones will enter pairing mode.

1. Unable to pair DualS6-1 with your Bluetooth device.

-Please ensure that tne earphones are in pairing mode;

-Reboot your Bluetooth device;

--Switch off and restart your earphones.

2.  The earphones fail to connect with a previously paired 

Bluetooth device. 

-Ensure the source device’s Bluetooth is switched on; 

-Turn the Bluetooth feature off and then on.

-Delete “Dual S6-1” from the Bluetooth list on your 

device and pair again.

3.  Poor connection.

-Move your Bluetooth device closer to the earphones;

-Try moving to a different area in case of any interference.

1.Press and hold its MFB for about 3s until you hear 

“power on” or the LED indicator flashes blue and red           

alternately ;

Tip: Use the included USB cable to charge your 

earphones.  Make sure they are fully charged before first 

use.

4.Keep the earphones within a range from 0℃ - 45℃ (32
℉ to 113℉) all the time.  

5.Avoid using the indicator close to the eyes of children 

or animals. 

6.Never disassemble or modify your earphones for any 

reasons to avoid any issues.

2.Scan for new devices on your phone’s Bluetooth 

settings. Select Dual S6-1 to pair with your phone. 

Once connected, you will hear a tone say “connected”.

1.To extend the lifetime of the battery, we recommend that 

you recharge your earphones at least once a month.

2.Please use the charger provided to charge the earphones. 

Use of other low-quality chargers may lead to issues.
