1. On the first use, please press the button at the end of the insole continually 

until the flashing LED light is GREEN. And then press the lock button of the remote 

control continually until the LED light is off.

“1” (Power On) 

First gear, green LED light on the insoles

“2” (Power On) 

 Second gear, green LED light will flash 

slowly on the insoles

“3” (Power On) 

 Third gear, green LED light will flash 

quickly on the insoles

“LOCK” (Power Off)  Power off, green light is disappeared
3. Instruction for manual operation:

First: Press the button at the end of 

the insole

 First gear, green LED light on the 

insoles

Second: Press the button at the end 

of the insole

 Second gear, green LED light will 

flash slowly on the insoles

Third: Press the button at the end of 

the insole

 Third gear, green LED light will flash 

quickly on the insoles

Fourth: Press the button at the end 

of the insole

 Power off, green light should 

disappeared

4. The heated insoles can be cut according to your shoe size. 

  1.  Please cut around the dimension lines (outside the white lines). Do not cut 

beyond the solid line as this may permanently damage the insole.

  2.  If you need to cut the heated insoles, please do not cut the heel area where 

the battery is located, you should only cut around the toe area.

When the heated insole is charging, the LED shows red. When it is fully charged, 

the RED light turns off. On the initial start, you should charge for 3-4 hours.
