MowerPlus™ Smart Connector
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with
the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15
of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide
reasonable protection against harmful interference in
a residential installation. This equipment generates
uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not
installed and used in accordance with the instructions,
may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
However, there is no guarantee that interference will
not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment
does cause harmful interference to radio or television
reception, which can be determined by turning the
equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to
correct the interference by one of the following measures:

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR
WIRELESS CAN PORT DEVICE
WIRELESS CAN PORT DEVICE
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is
entered into between Deere & Company ("Licensor")
and the End User who accepts this Agreement by: (a)
opening or removing the packaging material for the
Controller Area Network (CAN) device or any separate
software media as a shrink-wrap acceptance, (b) installing
the Software, (c) using the Software on the wireless
Controller Area Network (CAN) device, (d) pairing wireless
communications between the wireless CAN device and
an Android device or Apple device, or (e) otherwise
agreeing to the provisions of this Agreement. If the End
User does not agree to this End User License Agreement
or is under 18 years old or any greater age of majority
required for lawful consent, End User may not download,
access, or otherwise use the Software as Licensor is
unwilling to license it to End User. This Agreement is
a supplement to the Mower Plus Smart Connector End
User License Agreement, which is hereby incorporated
entered into between Deere & Company ("Licensor")
and the End User who accepts this Agreement by: (a)

the Software, (c) using the Software on the wireless

User does not agree to this End User License Agreement
or is under 18 years old or any greater age of majority
required for lawful consent, End User may not download,
access, or otherwise use the Software as Licensor is
unwilling to license it to End User. This Agreement is
a supplement to the Mower Plus Smart Connector End
User License Agreement, which is hereby incorporated
herein by reference in its entirety. For good and valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, the
parties agree to the following provisions: 1. Definitions.
1.1 "End User" shall mean all of the following: (a) the
person individually that clicks or checked the box, and
(b) any business entity or organization that employs such
person, and (c) any business entity or organization that
such person has the authority to bind as an authorized
representative, manager, director, or officer of the bound
entity or organization, where items b and c apply where
such person uses the Software or Documentation in
performing work or services on behalf of or for the benefit
or detriment of the entity or organization. If the person is
employed by Licensor, then items b and c shall apply to
any other business entities or organizations that satisfy
the language Section 1.1. 1.2 "Software" shall mean the
Product Data Management Tool with Rich User Interface
computer software program ("Software") 2. License
Grant. Unless earlier terminated and subject to the terms
and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants to End
User, and End User accepts from Licensor, revocable,
a worldwide non-sublicensable, non-assignable,
non-transferable, non-exclusive license for the term of this
Agreement: (a) to use the Software in machine readable,
object code form only, solely for End User's own internal
purposes, solely in conjunction with the Mower Plus
Smart Connector App licensed under the Mower Plus
Smart Connector End User License Agreement, (b) to
install the Software on no more than CAN device solely
in conjunction with the Mower Plus Smart Connector App
licensed under the Mower Plus Smart Connector End
User License Agreement; (c) to use user manuals or
other documentation that may be provided by Licensor
("Documentation") solely in conjunction with the Software;
and (d) to make a single copy of the Software solely for
archival or backup purposes, where all proprietary rights
notices are retained on the copy. End User is prohibited
under this Agreement from using the Software on or in
conjunction with any device that End User does not own
or control, and End User may not distribute or make the
Software available over a network where it could be used
by multiple devices at the same time. 3. Use Restrictions.
End User shall not, directly or indirectly, or cause any third
party to: (a) sublicense, rent, lease, loan, timeshare, sell,
distribute, disclose, publish, sublicense, assign or transfer
any rights of the Software; (b) copy (except as expressly
permitted by this Agreement), translate, reverse engineer,
decompile, attempt to derive source code of, modify,
create a derivative work of, or disassemble the Software,
any updates, or any part thereof (except as and only to the
extent any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable
law or to the extent as may be permitted by the licensing
terms governing use of any open sourced components
included with the Software), (c) alter or remove any
copyright or proprietary rights notices or legends
appearing on or in the Software or Documentation. Any
attempt to do so is a violation of the rights of Licensor
and its licensors. If End User breaches this restriction, it
may be subject to prosecution and damages. The terms
of this Agreement will govern any upgrades provided
by Licensor that replace and/or supplement the original
wireless CAN device or the Software, unless such
consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, the
parties agree to the following provisions: 1. Definitions.
