NYL Holdings LLC warrants the original
consumer purchaser of this product that it
shall be free of defects in materials and
workmanship for one year from the purchase
date of this product. Defects caused by
tampering, improper use, unauthorized
modifications or repairs, immersion in water
or abuse are not covered by this warranty.
If a defect covered by this warranty occurs
during the warranty period, package your

You must include a Proof of Purchase, either
the original receipt or a photocopy and a
check or money order for USD $14.95 to cover
the cost of shipping and handling. Also
include your return address inside the
package. NYL Holdings LLC will repair or
replace the clock and return it to you. NYL
Holdings LLC will not be liable for any loss or
damages, including incidental or consequen-
tial damages of any kind: from any breach of
warranty either expressed or implied relating
to the product. Since some states do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, these limitations
may not apply to you. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights, and you may have other
rights that vary from state to state.

Connect the POWER ADAPTER (MICRO USB CABLE) into the back
of the clock, and the other end into a standard electrical outlet.
To ANSWER an incoming call, press
the PLAY / PAUSE button once.
To END a call, press the PLAY / PAUSE
button once.

To re-dial, the last outgoing call (made by your phone)
press the PLAY / PAUSE button twice.

Note: To use hands free calling, the bluetooth must be turned
and paired to the clock. When there is an incoming call, the
clock will announce the phone number of the incoming call.
Note: To IGNORE an incoming call, press the PLAY / PAUSE twice.
HANDS FREE CALLING
DISPLAY DIMMER
Press the DIMMER button repeatedly to adjust
the display brightness. Each time the dimmer
is pressed the display will change brightness.
Note: There are four levels of
display brightness.
