via app on your smartphone only.

synchronize your watch (uploading data on 
the smartphone) in order to have the most 
accurate RANK.

Max. 10x 3 hours FAN HEAT sessions 
can be stored on the watch. Sessions 
beyond that will continuously overwrite 

the earliest sessions. Therefore make sure to 
regularly synchronize your watch (uploading 
data on the smartphone) to prevent any loss 
of data.

  function switches

  2. the number of claps, and 
  3. the number of La-Olas
· The value is only tracked 
  and displayed when you‘ve 
  turned on the FAN HEAT.
· 000 is no action at all, 
  999 is maximum action.
· The value is refreshed every 
  5 seconds.
· The average fan-heat of 
  every 5 minutes is logged 
  and displayed with a graph 
  on your app.
