CLI example: Add the static MAC address: 00:00:00:00:00:01 in VLAN 2 on the first Gigabit port: 

# configure terminal 
(config)# mac address-table ? 
    aging-time    Mac address aging time 
    learning      Mac Learning 
    static        Static MAC address 
(config)# mac address-table static 00:00:00:00:00:01 vlan 2 interface GigabitEthernet 1/1 
(config)# exit
