Indication for Use/Intended Use

UHT-113 Wireless Display System, comprised of DTG-108 UWB Transceiver and DTG-

113 Wireless Display Adapter

, is used by connecting to the medical display monitor (the

“monitor”). UHT-113 is intended for delivery of medical images such as ultrasound

from medical image capturing device for displaying on the monitor over the ultra-wide

band radio. The monitor is not intended for diagnostic use. T

he UHT-113 is non-sterile

reusable device intended for use by qualified personnel.
