Warranty Regulations 

 

The after-sales service of this product is based on the relevant laws and regulations, detailed contents are as follows: 

1.

 

The warranty period of this product is one year from the date of purchase. 

2.

 

Within  the  warranty  period,  any  device  failure  generated  by  normal  use  following  the  Instruction  Manual  (judged  by 

company’s 

official staff) will be repaired free of charge. 

3.

 

The following circumstances do not qualify for free repair within the warranty period:  

(1)

 

Failure or damage caused by improper usage as well as improper repair by yourself.  

(2)

 

Failure or damage caused by transport, move or falling etc. after purchase. 

(3)

 

After opening the camera yourself, the product is no longer insured. 

(4)

 

Failure or damage caused by other unavoidable external factors. 

4.

 

You can use our return or replacement service if this product shows performance faults within 7 days from the date of signing. This 

will be identified and confirmed by our After-Sales service center. 

5.

 

The  appearance  of  the  product  as  well  as  accessories  are  not  within  the  scope  of  warranty.  This  includes  but  is  not  limited  to: 

packing box, USB cable, etc.
