Unable to pair the 
earbuds with a  
mobile device
1. Inspect whether the earbuds is searching 
for a Bluetooth enabled device to connect  
to.  If not, restart the earbuds.
2. Difficulty in searching and connecting to 
a desired device can be affected if multiple 
devices are equipped, turned on, and in 
range for Bluetooth connectivity.  Please 
turn off or disable the Bluetooth function on 
the other devices.
3. The power of the battery is insufficient, 
please recharge the earbuds.
1. Inspect the distance between the earbuds 
and the Bluetooth enabled device, it may 
exceed the Bluetooth transmission range.
2. Inspect if there is an obstacle between 
the earbuds and the Bluetooth enabled 
device.

BLUETOOTH® OPERATION
1. Please ensure that the Bluetooth function has been turned
    on in the settings of your Bluetooth enabled device.  
2. Turn the earbuds on by pressing the power button for 4 
    seconds.  The indicator light will flash to detect Bluetooth 
    enabled devices near you and will enter pairing mode.  
    When pairing, remain within 3 feet of the earbuds.  The 
    indicator light will go off if no Bluetooth devices are detected 
    within 5 minutes.  
3. “GEMLINE EB” will appear on the Bluetooth device list, 
    select “GEMLINE EB” to establish pairing. If instructed to 
    enter a PIN code, please enter ‘0000’.
4. Once the earbuds have been paired to the desired mobile 
    device, the indicator light will turn blue to confirm successful 
    pairing.
5. When you want to play audio from another Bluetooth device, 
    disconnect the earbuds from the original device and follow 
    steps 1-3 to re-pair the earbuds with a new Bluetooth 
    enabled device.

CHARGING THE EARBUDS
1. When the battery is low, please charge via the included USB 
    cable.  The charging time is approximately 2 hours and 
    provides up to 3 hours of continuous operation.  Standby 
    time is approximately 150 hours.
2. The LED indicator light will be red during charging and will 
    turn blue once it is fully charged.
BUTTON CONTROL
•  Pause / Play:  Press the On/Off button once to pause the music, 
   press again to play.
•  On / Off: Press and hold the On/Off button to control the power 
   of the earbuds.
•  Vol + / Previous: Press and hold the + button for 2 seconds for
   the previous track. Press once to increase the volume.
•  Vol - / Next: Press and hold the – button for 2 seconds for the 
   next track. Press once to reduce the volume.
•  Hands-free: Press On/Off button once to answer an incoming 
   call.  While on a call, press On/Off once to end the call.
•  Redial last call: Press On/Off button twice to redial last number 
   dialed on the connected mobile device.

WARNING

    battery life and may affect the earbuds.
4. Keep the earbuds dry and do not store the earbuds in damp 
    areas to avoid damage to the earbuds.
5. Avoid dropping the earbuds as it may damage the product.
KIND REMINDER
1. To prolong the earbuds life span and to avoid hearing 
    damage, please do not listen to music under high volume  
    for long periods of time.
2. When an error occurs with the earbuds, please turn off the 
    earbuds and restart it to troubleshoot.
3. When the earbuds power is low, the Bluetooth range may 
    be affected.  Please charge the earbuds to avoid  
    disruptions during use.
