•  Interapplication workflow. Logic Pro now imports GarageBand files and imports 

and exports Final Cut Pro/XML files. In addition, it imports and exports QuickTime 
soundtracks.

•  Audio feature enhancements. Logic Pro features new Arrange Edit modes such as 

Shuffle and Auto-Crossfade, the ability to drag and drop multiple audio files into the 
Arrange, multiple-level undo for the Sample Editor, and support for AAC and Broadcast 
Wave audio file formats.

•  Productivity improvements. You’ll enjoy increased productivity thanks to the new 

Track Solo button, GarageBand-style loop handling, multiple channel select in the  
track mixer, and the ability to save and load entire channel strip instrument and  
plug-in configurations.
