Engineered to integrate seamlessly into complex IT systems, the 

high-performance GT-S85 Series provides a complete document 

management package for demanding organisations, such as 

banks, insurance companies, governments and healthcare.

Multiple-page paper documents up to A4 are converted into electronic files at up
to 40 pages per minute in simplex and 80 images per minute in duplex, in both
mono and colour. Double-sided pages can be scanned in a single pass and a
75-sheet automatic document feeder is also contained within a compact design
to fit neatly onto desktops. You can share this scanner and its features between
multiple users with the GT-S85N model, which comes network-ready.

For top-quality results, the GT-S85 Series has an optical resolution of up to
600dpi. And to ensure performance is maintained while left unattended during
large-volume jobs, models are fitted with an ultrasonic sensor to detect and easily
recover paper jams.

Epson Event Manager makes it easy to integrate the GT-S85 and GT-S85N into
your document management system, speeding up workflow and enabling users
to capture, convert, distribute and store document information in virtually any
system. It can also customise ‘scan to job’ commands for up to 10 one-touch
job functions, such as ‘scan to email’ or ‘scan to Microsoft SharePoint’ and
much more.

A comprehensive package of bundled Epson software and advanced imaging
technology ensures the GT-S85 and GT-S85N can perform a wide range of
functions efficiently. Complicated tasks can be carried out effortlessly, eliminating
training requirements and enhancing acceptability within the workplace.
