The LANCOM OAP-380 PSU (Power Supply Unit) is a complete power supply kit that makes it easy to 
install the outdoor access point LANCOM OAP-382 at a 230 V power source. The IP66 housing and 
extended temperature range make the power supply suitable for indoor or outdoor installation. The sup-
plied wall-mount bracket makes light work of wall mounting.

Use the 4 screws (supplied) to at-
tach the mounting plate to the rear 
of the LANCOM OAP-380 PSU.

Fix the LANCOM OAP-380 PSU and 
its mounting plate to the wall with 
the 2 bolts supplied. Mount the 
LANCOM OAP-380 PSU with the 
ports facing downwards.

c 

Connect the output cable (B) of the LANCOM OAP-380 PSU with the voltage input connector on 
the LANCOM OAP-382. Leave some slack in the cable to compensate for heat-induced changes in 
the cable length. Arrange the cable such that the lowest point of the loop encourages water to flow 
away and not get into the housing.

d 

Insert the power plug (A) of the LANCOM OAP-380 PSU into an available 230V outlet.

The power plug of the LANCOM OAP-380 PSU is IP44 splash proof. Avoid exposure to direct 
weathering. 
The housing of the LANCOM OAP-380 PSU may only be opened by qualified technicians.
