The ceiling flush mounted 8" talkback speaker, Model V-1060A, shall consist of a 45 ohm speaker and

round grille.  The speaker assembly, housing and hardware shall be electrically and acoustically matched for a
frequency response of 80 Hz to 12 kHz.

The speaker element shall be cone type with 5 oz (141.75 g) ceramic magnet.  Diameter of speaker cone shall

be 8.0" (20.32 cm).  Voice coil diameter shall be .75" (1.91 cm).  Voice coil impedance shall be 45 ohms. Speakers
utilizing an 8 ohm impedance voice coil will not be acceptable.

The grille shall be constructed of steel, finished in semi-gloss white enamel.

The V-9915M-5 Backbox and V-9914M-5 Support Bridge shall be constructed of steel and finished for rust

prevention.  The backbox shall be acoustically treated.  Both the backbox and support bridge shall be available
separately in quantities of five (5) or assembled together singly as the V-9916M.  The V-9914M-5 shall be used in
conjunction with the V-9915M-5.

The maximum dimensions shall be: Speaker and Grille - 13.0" (33.02 cm) dia x 3.0" (7.62 cm) D.  Backbox:

12.30" (31.24 cm) dia x 4.02" (10.21 cm) D. Support Bridge:   14.50" (36.83 cm) H x 23.75" (60.33 cm) W x 4.25" (10.80
cm) D.

Shipping Weight shall be approximately:  Speaker and Grille:  3.75 lbs (1.7 kg).  Support Bridge (qty 5): 9.0 lbs

(4.08 kg).  Backbox (qty 5): 10.5 lbs (4.76 kg).  Bridge and Backbox Assembly (qty 1):  4.75 lbs (2.15 kg)

Valcom, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under conditions

of normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment.  The obligation under this warranty shall be
limited to the replacement, repair or refund of any such defective device within the warranty period, provided that:

1.  inspection by Valcom, Inc. indicates the validity of the claim,

2.  the defect is not the result of damage, misuse, or negligence after the original shipment,

3.  the product has not been in any way repaired by others and that factory sealed units are unopened.
    (A service charge plus parts and labor will be applied to units defaced or physically damaged).

4.  freight charges for the return of products to Valcom, Inc. are prepaid,

5.  all units “out of warranty” are subject to a service charge.  The service charge will cover minor repairs
    (major repairs will be subject to additional charges for parts and labor).

This warranty specifically excludes damage incurred in shipment.  In the event a product is received in damaged

condition, the carrier should be notified immediately.  Claims for such damage should be filed with the carrier involved in
accordance with the F.O.B. point.
