which has become something of a passion for me.”

Stefan Beer was appointed the Executive Sous Chef of 
Tables restaurant at the Grand Hyatt Erawan in Bangkok in 
2010. Stefan’s unpretentious approach to fine dining and his 
pursuit of sophisticated simplicity has seen Tables restaurant 
grow from strength to strength since it first opened its doors. 
Based on its success Stefan and his wife Vera were recently 
offered a new opportunity within the Grand Hyatt hotel 
chain and will be leaving Bangkok to embark on the next 
chapter of their Asian adventure in Singapore.
