Fujitsu’s fi-5015C simplifies day-to-day office work by making everyday 
workflows more efficient. The key feature of this desktop scanner is its 
intuitive operation and seamless integration into existing document 
management applications. The fi-5015C can be activated from a 
programmable control panel, allowing functions including Scan-to-File, 

Scan-to-Fax, Scan-to-Print and Scan-to-Email to be performed at the 
push of a button. Direct transfer to the text recognition program ABBYY® 

FineReader 8.0 Professional (included with the package) is also possible. 

This allows individual workers to save more time and use the original 

paper-based information more efficiently with the data being 
permanently stored in digital form.

The fi-5015C offers a scanning speed of up to 15 black and white pages 

per minute (simplex) at a resolution of 150 dpi or 15 colour documents 
per minute at a resolution of 200 dpi. The automatic document feeder 
(ADF) also helps to ensure an efficient workflow and with a capacity  
of 50 sheets, it enables unsupervised scanning of multi-page  
document stacks. 

Additionally an A4 format flatbed allows for scanning sensitive or 

historically valuable documents, photographic material, magazines  

or bound documents. 

The fi-5015C model provides outstanding image quality in black  

and white, grayscale and full colour with an optical resolution of up to 
600 dpi. The scanner can automatically create graphic formats such as 

TIFF or JPEG, depending on the task, alternatively, you can choose PDF 

format, which has become the de facto standard for easy and reliable 

document exchange.

The full version of Adobe® Acrobat® 9.0 Standard which is included 

supports the addition of comments, digital signatures and fast electronic 
transfer of captured documents. Integrated hardware functions allow the 
user to control image improvement functions directly using the TWAIN 
and ISIS™ drivers supplied. Functions such as image enhancement, fault 
control, automatic removal of moiré patterns and colour screening 
improve the optical image quality automatically, freeing the user 
completely from time consuming post-processing of images.

Even better batch scanning performance is possible with the bundled 

ScandAll PRO V2 scanning software, which features embedded zonal 
OCR functionality, multi-streaming options and a wealth of output 

format including password protected PDF and PDF/A formats. In daily 

operation tasks the user can be supported by setting up job routine 
profiles that can easily be ex- and imported by multiple scan stations.
