Data Connectivity
Crystal Reports can connect to almost any data source—including relational, OLAP, and XML data.
Whether you require access to databases, files, logs, application systems (Customer Relationship
Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, etc.) or program elements, you can use Crystal
Reports to access it. Crystal Reports also supports Unicode so you can report off of data stored in
virtually any language. Plus, for developers, access to user-defined or application in-memory data is
available through JavaBeans, COM data providers and ADO .NET.
For a listing of supported data sources for a specific version, please visit our support site to
download a platforms.txt file.
