cable is the normal or cross over type, so you don't need to 

worry about having the wrong cables.

This switch's non-blocking architecture provides your network 

with full-wire speed connections, ensuring no bottlenecks is 

caused as a result of the switch. The switch's flow control (back 

pressure/IEEE802.3x) ensures reliable packet transfer and 

prevents packet lost, thus increasing reliability and 

performance.

This function allows you to seamlessly integrate 10Mbps, 

100Mbps and 1000Mbps networks.
