The last-date-of-support milestone does not apply, as service and support contracts are not available with upgrade kits.

Concentrators with valid service contracts will continue to receive support.

Q. Why are the old memory kits being replaced?

A. The new combined 3030, 3060, and 3080 kit is intended simplify the ordering of memory upgrades for our customers. The new

kit also offers the same or greater amount of memory at a comparable or lower price point.
