Epson 

The GT-S55 Series is Epson’s budget-friendly, entry-level 

document management package. It is both efficient and reliable 

to meet the needs of small companies and departments within 

demanding organisations seeking cost-savings and greater 

productivity.

Multiple-page paper documents up to A4 are converted into electronic files at 
speeds of up to 25 pages per minute in simplex and 50 images per minute in 
duplex, in both mono and colour. Double-sided pages can be scanned in a single 
pass and it has a 75-sheet automatic document feeder, contained within 
a compact design to fit neatly onto desktops. You can share this scanner and 
its features between multiple users with the GT-S55N model, which comes 
network-ready.

Epson Event Manager makes it easy to integrate the GT-S55 and GT-S55N, 
speeding up workflow and enabling users to capture, convert, distribute and 
store document information in virtually any management system. It can also 
customise ‘scan to job’ functions for up to 10 one-touch jobs, such as ‘scan to 
email’ or ‘ scan to a shared folder,’ and much more.

A comprehensive package of bundled Epson software and advanced imaging 
technology ensures the GT-S55 and GT-S55N can perform a wide range of 
functions easily and efficiently. Complicated tasks such as organising documents 
and reports, converting business card information into a database, enhancing 
text, removing punch holes and skipping blank pages, can all be carried out 
effortlessly, eliminating training requirements and enhancing acceptability within 
the workplace.
