) Find
a good position on the left and right side of your car to fit the
antennas. Make sure you abide to your car manufactures
instructions and the road safety instructions.
Be sure not to block moving windows. In order to receive
the best possible signal, keep the antenna away for the
car body, the best place being the middle of a non
moving window. To test the signal, fix first of all with
sticky tape ( without removing the foil, once the cover foil
is removed you will not be able to adjust the antenna
again) one antenna horizontal and the second antenna
on the other side of the car, fix vertical.
Switch the power for the active antenna at the receiver on (5
volt), connect the cable antenna with the receiver, make sure
that the cable is well laid and no sharp bends occur.
Normal laud speaker boxes are constructed for home and still
standing cars, whilst using such boxes it can come to distortion
when driving. Using a special Car receiver, insures the
maximum quality with much less distortion.
Test the system, when you are satisfied with the results, take
the cover foil of and fix the antennas on a clean window. The
DUO-Mobil. 2 antenna set, is now ready for use.
