CHARGING A LEAD BATTERY
• First ensure that it is a lead-acid battery with a voltage of 12 V.
Caution! Rechargeable batteries with other voltages cannot be charged!
• Disconnect all consumers from the rechargeable battery.
• If the rechargeable battery is built into a vehicle, switch off the ignition and all consumers.

Please strictly observe information and safety notes of the car manufacturer concerning the charging of the rechargeable car battery.
Modern cars are equipped with sensitive electronic components and control units which will be damaged when handled improperly!
