When you use the printer with a lower tray unit fitted and place the printer directly on the floor, you must
install the supplied small pads onto the base the lowest tray before installing the lower tray unit to the
printer.

Pull out the paper cassette from the tray.

Turn the paper tray over.

Install the small pads into the 4 corners of the printer and tighten them firmly.

Turn the paper tray over again, and re-install the paper cassette into the paper tray.
