If defects occur during the guarantee period, arising from material or 

manufacturing defects, the product will be repaired or replaced by a simi-

lar product at our discretion without any labour or material costs to you.
Our guarantee does not apply to defects caused by incorrect handling, 

wear and tear, external influences, knocks or falls. The guarantee is 

also invalid if the operating instructions are not complied with, or if any 

interventions or modifications are made to the equipment without our 

permission.
We comply with statutory guarantee services for defects in wear parts 

such as carrying straps, cases, covers, etc. Lamps, batteries and 

rechargeable batteries are excluded from the guarantee services.
