Switch on device, search for object and measure
- After you have inserted the battery (+ on the battery compartment

- The quality of the measurement can be seen via the number triangles
displayed. If there are more than 6 triangles the measurement is very

replaced. To do this, open the battery compartment 90 degrees
anticlockwise using a coin. Remove the battery (used batteries must
be disposed of in accordance with regulatory standards for disposal).

5. Cleaning and maintenance
Use only the cleaning cloth provided for cleaning the lens or another
soft cloth e.g. a glasses cleaner. Alternatively you can use a cleaning
brush. To remove stubborn dirt, lightly dampen the cloth with pure alco-
hol or a lens cleaner from the photo shop. Never take the laser rangefin-
der apart for cleaning! Store the device in a dry and dust-free place.
