JTAG target devices support emulation through a dedicated emulation port.
This port is a superset of the IEEE 1149.1 standard and is accessed by the
emulator.

(two rows of seven pins) and configured as shown in Figure 3−1. If this
pinout for this header is changed, it may have an affect on operation and signal
