Attention! Replace the defect bulb only when no voltage is applied (Disconnect mains plug!) and after the bulb as 
cooled down sufficiently. Observe that bulbs can become very hot.

 

1. 

Switch off the lamp and disconnect the mains plug from the 230 V AC power supply. 

2. 

Remove the protective rubber ring (Fig. 1) and the cover (Fig. 2) 

Attention! Do not use sharp objects as tools to remove the protective rubber ring! They might damage the ring. 

3. 

Now remove the retaining spring of the bulb which needs to be replaced by pulling the lower end of the retaining 

spring apart (Fig. 5) and then remove it carefully. 

4. 

Remove the defect bulb (Fig. 3) carefully from the socket (Fig. 4) and replace it. 

5. 

Fix the light bulb by means of the retaining spring. 

6. 

Put the cover (Fig. 2) back on the lamp and re-attach the protective rubber ring (Fig. 1). 

During assembly, be sure to check that the protective rubber ring has a good and tight fit in order to prevent any water 
from entering. 

7. 

Now your work lamp is ready for use again. 

 

                                                                        

 

                     

Except for the replacement of light bulbs, the work lamp does not require any maintenance.  

 

Clean the outside of the device only with a soft cloth or brush. Never use aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions, 
since they may damage the housing or impair the function of the device.
