Entering 
Alphanumeric 
Characters 

When renaming files, creating memos or notes, 
you will be required to enter alphanumeric 
characters when the character entry screen 
appears.  



 

Only alphanumeric characters as well as space 
[ ], underscore [_] and minus [-] characters 
allowed. 

1.  Use the scroll wheel to move the cursor to the 

desired character.

2.  Press the 

Enter

 key or Enter Character[F1] 

to select a character. 

 OR

3.  To delete a character, press Back Space[F2]. 

4.  To save the file name or memo, press Save[F3].
