Packet Meaning:
If the speed is slower than the specified threshold, the output position will stay free zed.
For Car navigation application (high speed),the suggestion is that set the threshold to prevent some
position drift phenomenon
for Sport or Bike application or stationary application (low speed),the suggestion is that disable the
function to get the real position change information
User can test the appropriate parameters based on specified application

Disable:Nav Speed threshold is set to 0 m/sec
