When.the.LAN.port.setting.is.obtained.from.the.
DHCP.server: Set DHCP to Client.
When.the.LAN.port.setting.is.not.obtained.from.
the.DHCP.server: Set DHCP to OFF, and set the 
IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Gateway.
